ASC is led by our Principal Occupational Therapist Andrew Smith. Andrew brings over 20 years of clinical experience as an OT in the public, private and not-for-profit health sector. He specialises in Aged Care, Dementia, Falls Prevention, and Oncology. He has published more than a dozen peer-reviewed journal articles in national and international scientific journals as well as presented at dozens of health conferences around Australia. His goal is to provide accessible, high-quality Occupational Therapy services that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Rachel Allan is an Occupational Therapist with 15 years of experience across acute hospital and community settings, specialising in Oncology, Aged Care, Lymphoedema Management, and Palliative Care. With a decade at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, she has developed expertise in supporting patients through complex health challenges, providing tailored care to enhance quality of life. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Deakin University and postgraduate qualifications in palliative care and lymphoedema management. Passionate about patient outcomes, Rachel combines clinical expertise and compassion to deliver exceptional care. Rachel lives in Geelong and also services the Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula.
